The staff was very welcoming, the room was spotlessly clean with bosphorus view, everything was excellent. The hotel had a good and stunning position, to attractions in 20-30mins.

I greatly enjoyed this brand-new hotel and stayed for 5 nights here. The food was tasty, drinks were hot. All the staff were pleasant giving some tips about the city. The setting of venue was favourable, very close to tram station. Had tea and goodies at The Donut Nest, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

Meine beste Aspekte meines Aufenthaltes waren das Frühstück, das Hotel und der Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gab viel Platz für die Gäste. Die Hotelanlage war modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir der große Balkon und die schöne Terrasse auf dem Dach. Der Parkplatz war geräumig und Fahrzeuge mit einer Höhe von bis zu 2 Metern konnten dort parken. Auch die Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt war ideal, obwohl der Strand nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The room at Galata Palace Hotel was absolutely amazing! It was so spacious and the bathroom had all the amenities we needed, like a hair dryer and personal care products. The bed was super comfortable and the free WiFi was a great bonus. We loved how the room was soundproofed, making it quiet and peaceful. we had a wonderful and cozy stay.

Honestly, there's not much to complain about, but if I had to choose, I would say that the electric kettle in the room was a bit old and didn't heat the water very quickly. But hey, it's just a tiny thing and some people might not even notice.

The location of the hotel was great, situated on a little off street but right around the corner from Galata Bridge. The room had some minor issues such as a shaky WiFi connection in the bed area and a tired-looking sink. There was occasional street noise and noise from neighboring rooms, which could be bothersome.

We had a great stay at Galata Palace. the hotel was very good for its price. the staff was extra helpful and friendly. the location was perfect too. We were able to easily access the ferry pier to go to Kadıköy, the nearby tram stop to go to the old city, and the funicular to the busiest tourist street. Plus, most of the tourist attractions were within walking distance. the room was clean, although it looked slightly used and could use some updating. the balcony was a nice touch. the A/C had a small issue initially, but the staff fixed it promptly. While there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, we were able to bring it up from the lobby where coffee and tea were always available. Breakfast was also great, with a bigger variety than the standard Turkish breakfast. Cons: Nothing, all excellent. 👌.

The Galata Palace Hotel in Istanbul exceeded our expectations with excellent staff, especially Ms. Fatima, who made our stay comfortable. The location was great, close to public transport, Galata Tower, and many restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety.

As young people, we loved the convenient location with easy access to public transport and the waterfront. The quick stroll to the bridge provided us with a variety of restaurants and great picture spots. We also enjoyed the upgraded Ottoman Suites with interesting decor and proper ventilation. The breakfast had a good variety of hot dishes and we appreciated the availability of tea and coffee throughout the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even helping us with getting a taxi during a busy time. it was a perfect place to stay for us.
